Executive Director/Coach

After nine years of swimming, coach Igor began his water polo career at the age of thirteen in his hometown Zagreb, Croatia. He played at the prestigious club Havk Mladost which is one of the best European clubs. As a 18U captain and center defender, he led Mladost to multiple national championships.

In 2014 he moved to San Jose, California, to play for West Valley Community College as one of the top scorer with 90+. goals in his first season. Playing for West Valley he won second place in Norcal Regionals and third place in the State Championship. He continued his water polo career at San Jose State University, where he played for the Spartans for two years, leading his first season as the top scorer. He further developed his knowledge and experience coaching at Valley Splash Outlaws and West Coast Aquatics clubs. He was also the Varsity and JV Head coach for three years at Cupertino high school. Currently, he is the Varsity and JV Head Coach at Fremont High School.

Head Coach

Coach Reese is a Fremont High School graduate and former center who brings strong local water polo and swimming experience to Euroskill Aquatics. He played water polo for six years, including four years as a Euroskill player, where he developed his skills, leadership, and understanding of the game.

During his high school career, he led his team in goals during his junior year and earned First Team honors in both his junior and senior seasons. In addition to water polo, he has been swimming since the age of six with local swim clubs and later began coaching swimming as well.

His background as both a player and swim coach allows him to help athletes improve their fundamentals, confidence, and overall development in the water.
