2024 Swim Prep/ Aquatics Training

Age 6-11 years old (non- competitive group)

• First half of the season: April 29- June 7th

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6.00-7.00pm

• Second half of the season: June 10th- July 5th

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5.00-6.00pm

• Third part of the season July 8th- August 2nd

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5.00-6.00pm

  (July 4th no practice)

Location: Fremont High School, Sunnyvale

About program: Your kid will become a confident swimmer prepared for water sports, such as water polo, after going through our program. This program is based for kids who are still struggling to swim, which will help them get to a competitive level for water polo. The focus is to become confident and strong in the water athletes.
