Location: Fremont High School, Sunnyvale
What to expect: Practices include swimming, strength and conditioning, water polo fundamental exercises, and techniques.
Tournament games
Athletes practice to play the games, have fun, and show their skills, what they learn, and how they improved. Tournament games are mandatory, and we are expecting athletes to participate.

For those who want to keep practicing, there will be a third part of the summer season, which includes an additional 4 weeks of practice.
Time and days will remain the same as they were in the regular summer season.
For those who are going to participate in the Junior Olympics, they will get an additional two weeks of practice after the regular season is over.
